TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer with shop-firefly.com. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.shop-firefly.com. By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with us and accept these Terms and Conditions. We may modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18.

DISCLAIMER
Shop-firefly.com do not guarantee that all the items available at the webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail.

Part of the services mediated through the site are performed by outside organizations. In situations where shop-fierfly.com act as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities.

Colors
We cannot guarantee that the colors on the website are fully equivalent to the items actual colors. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.

PAYMENT
We accept payment by VISA / Mastercard or PayPal.
When paying by credit or debit card, shop-firefly.com reserves the right to check the validity of the card, that there is enough balance to cover the purchase sum, and that the address details of the purchaser are correct. Shop-firefly.com reserves the right to deny the purchase. Credit card payment is made with our partners Paypal and Textalk. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.

Prices
Prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK), € (Euro) and in US $ (US dollars).
All prices displayed at shop-firefly.com include country specific Value Added Tax (VAT) and exclude shipping fees. The shipping fee will be added to the order in the checkout step and might differ based on which country your order is shipped to.

On orders shipped to countries outside the EU, the VAT amount of the price will be deducted at checkout. Shop-firefly.com is not responsible for any local import duties and/or taxes that may be added once the package reach your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Currencies
Shop-firefly.com cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates that the bank may have when exchanging the currencies we offer.

RETURN POLICY
You have the right to cancel your purchases within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. During this period we trust that you will treat the product and its packaging with care.
All products must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Shop-firefly.com cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.

You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to shop-firelfy.com. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.

Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. However, shop-firefly.com will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Faulty Items
Items are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shop-firefly.com will take the greatest of care to be as accurate as possible when receiving and dispatching orders. Shop-firefly.com will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received.
We dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Monday – Friday) with the exception of sale and peak periods where this may take longer. Shop-firefly.com is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. For futher shipping information please refer to the "shipping & delivery" page.

UNCOLLECTED ITEMS
Shop-firefly.com will not pay shipping for uncollected packages.

PRIVACY POLICY
The personal information you forward to shop-firefly-com will only be used in order to fulfill the undertakings we have and to assure you the best service. Shop-firefly.com will not let a third party see or use your personal details without your prior consent. You have the right to see your personal details upon request. Shop-firefly.com assumes responsibility for all personal information that you make available to us and does not pass on any information to a third party under any circumstances.
If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted.
